A Natural Affair requires a consultation before scheduling an appointment.

There is a non-refundable deposit to schedule any appointment and must be given in order to set a specific date.

24 hour prior notice is required for cancellations. There is a $20 cancellation fee billed to your next appointment if there is not proper notice.

Some hair is provided in your service, however human hair is not. You must provide your own human hair.

A Natural Affair requests that if you need hair taken down it needs to be made known during time of scheduling your appointment. This service requires additional time, therefore there are additional fees incurred.

We strive to provide service for our clients in a relaxed and peaceful atmosphere. Therefore, if your child is not coming in to get their hair done, we have to ask that you do not bring children with you to the salon. In the event that you show up with your child, we will have to reschedule your appointment.
